Healthcare Industry Users
If you are a member of our HealthCare client base, each healthcare clinic has been designated with two Customer Support Coordinators (CSC's), which have access to the Customer Support Center. Please notify you're in house CSC of the problem or issue you are experiencing. If the CSC is unable resolve the problem or issue, the CSC will then login and create a Customer Support Ticket. If you are experiencing a system down scenario (emergent), a phone call should be placed to ITechss at 541-677-6000.

Other Industries Users
